Ashlyn, a Souderton native, ventured off to the city for a five-year stint but felt the pull of her small town calling her back a few years ago. In the past, she served the community by pouring coffee at Main Street Java. Now, Ashlyn proudly owns a home in Souderton and works at Allebach Communications, right in the heart of town, as an agency account executive. Her role involves building client relationships and ensuring project success.

Ashlyn joined the board because she is committed to giving back to the community and contributing to its growth. Outside of work hours, you'll likely find her tending to her garden, practicing yoga, or enjoying time at a local spot with friends and family!

Stephanie and her husband Dan have been Souderton residents for almost thirty years. Both grew up in neighboring Lansdale. While aware of Souderton borough, we did not appreciate all it had to offer. As the originally planned starter home became the place where our children were raised, we put down roots and learned what a wonderful choice of hometown we had made.

Stephanie has been involved in the community through volunteering at Indian Valley Public Library, as a driver for Indian Valley Meals on Wheels, at the Care and Share Book Shoppe, and as a Girl Scout Leader. Our family has also enjoyed the many borough events sponsored by Souderton Connects and it's predecessor Souderton Telford Main Streets. The walkability of the community is highlighted every time we walk from our home to Third Friday, the Holiday Parade, to see a movie at The Broad, attend a Borough Council meeting, meet with friends at Branch Creek Taproom, or enjoy a meal at one of the borough's amazing eateries.

Patronizing many borough businesses, eateries and entertainment venues both current and former has created a true feeling of belonging to our adopted hometown. Now retired from a multiple decade career in hospital based healthcare, Stephanie is looking forward to increased availability and flexibility in giving back to the community through service on the Connects board.

Ms. Amanda Davoli was born and raised in Bensalem, PA. She has a diverse educational background that includes a BS in Marketing and a minor in Apparel Industry Management from Philadelphia University, a certification in Business Education from Gwynedd Mercy University, a Master’s in Education Theory and Practice from Arkansas State University, and an Education Administration Certification from Delaware Valley
University.

Amanda began her teaching career as a guest teacher and field hockey coach in the Quakertown Community School District. She then spent ten impactful years in the Metro Nashville Public School System as a business teacher, and another six years as a teacher, coach, Link Crew, and DECA advisor at Abington Senior High School. Currently, she is enjoying her first year at Souderton Area High School as a business
teacher and advisor for Future Business Leaders of America, the Asian Culture Club, and the School Store.

Amanda’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to create Twisted Soft Pretzels and Beer Cheese, where she crafted craveable, hand-twisted pretzels paired with local beer cheese in Nashville, TN for five years. In addition, she pursued her passion for yoga by completing her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher program, enabling her to spread the gift of yoga to her high school students and colleagues. In her free time, Amanda enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, cooking, gardening, reading, and caring for her pets.

Eager to serve her community and engage the local youth, Amanda is proud to be a new member of Souderton Connects, reflecting her commitment to the borough she calls home.

Tanya was born and raised in Montgomery County and lived in the Lansdale area for many years before settling in the Souderton-Telford area. She has spent 25 years in the commercial property and casualty insurance industry.

In 2019, Tanya stepped away from an underwriting management position to support her children through virtual learning and to help operate Blueprint Brewing during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience sparked a lasting passion for the craft brewery industry and small business operations. During this time, she also joined Cedar Risk Management in an operations role, where she now leads marketing initiatives and is actively involved in developing and implementing AI-driven tools and training to improve business efficiency and communication.

Tanya previously served as the General Manager of Cinema Brewing, located inside the Broad Theater in Souderton, and is proud to serve on the Souderton Connects Board of Directors. She lives in the Souderton area with her long-time partner, Mario. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting local dining spots, cooking and writing, staying active, and spending time with Mario, her children and her dogs, Patch and Piper.

Ben was born and raised in Hellertown Pennsylvania, and studied accounting at Bloomsburg University. After achieving his Masters of Accountancy, he resided in Harrisburg to work at a regional auditing firm. A few years ago, Souderton welcomed him into the community as he was opening Brass Collar Brewing Company right in town. Now living in Souderton, he is ready to help the community and program that
got his feet on the ground in the area. Outside of his auditing work, you can find him at the brewery, on
the golf course or walking his dog, Banjo, with his wonderful girlfriend Lexi. Ben looks forward to helping
his new community, a place that he can finally call home!

Bailey, a proud native of the Souderton area, recently returned to her roots to embrace the community she holds dear. Her care for the area inspired her to join the Souderton Connects board, where she actively contributes to enriching and supporting the community that helped shape her.

Bailey is the Commercial Director at Lacher, where she enjoys collaborating with local businesses to help them thrive. Passionate about community involvement, Bailey leads the philanthropic committee at work and finds fulfillment in giving back to the community.

Bailey spends her free time traveling, reading, playing soccer in local leagues, and spending time with her dog. Her connection to both work and personal life reflects a deep commitment to fostering strong relationships and supporting the people and organizations around her.

Raised in neighboring Hatfield, Daryl moved to Souderton in 2013 with his wife and two sons, drawn by the small‑town spirit and strong sense of community that the borough is known for. Daryl quickly felt inspired to give back to the place his children now call home. His desire to be a positive role model for his sons—and to help shape the community they are growing up in—motivated him to join the Souderton Connects board. In this role, he actively supports local events, programs, and initiatives that strengthen the borough and foster connection among residents and small businesses.

Professionally, Daryl has spent 22 years with Nationwide Insurance, as an Agile Leader guiding teams, supporting organizational growth, and helping develop a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. His commitment to service extends into his workplace as well; he chairs the campus American Red Cross Blood Drives and is a regular volunteer for Nationwide’s United Way events, championing opportunities for colleagues to contribute to meaningful causes.

Daryl also serves as a council member on Souderton Borough Council, where he works to represent the interests of residents and apply his leadership experience to support thoughtful, community‑minded decision‑making.

Outside of work and community service, Daryl loves spending quality time with his wife and sons. Whether traveling together or cheering from the sidelines at his sons’ sporting events, family remains at the center of his life. His dedication to both his personal and professional communities reflects his belief in building strong relationships, supporting others, and creating a positive impact wherever he can.

Born and raised in Souderton, Kim is proud to still call this vibrant town home. Her passion lies in representing the community and providing strong support for every Business Improvement District member.

Kim and her husband of 21 years chose Souderton as the perfect place to raise their two sons—alongside Roxie, their lovable Beabull. You’ll often find Kim at local events, soaking in the energy of downtown or catching up with friends at favorite eateries and breweries. Many of these friendships blossomed through years of volunteering at her children’s school and youth sports, deepening her love for the community.

Professionally, Kim serves as Manager of Panel Operations for a leading life sciences organization, where she connects experts worldwide and ensures seamless execution of global research initiatives. Known for building strong networks, optimizing strategies, and creating collaborative training programs, Kim brings the same energy, creativity, and commitment to excellence to her role as President.

As a former board member, Kim is thrilled to partner with local businesses to create a downtown that’s energetic, welcoming, and thriving—a place families are proud to call home and visitors can’t wait to experience. She is beyond excited to serve as President of Souderton Connects alongside an incredible, inspiring board.

A long-time resident of Souderton, Dea spends her days working as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant in Doylestown. She joined the Souderton Connects board to serve her community and help Souderton grow. As a financial professional, Dea is diligent about the board’s commitment to fiscal responsibility. The board values her skills and financial insight when it comes to mapping out our projects.

Dea is more than a hard worker. Whether serving on our board or as a Borough Councilor, she is thoughtful and thorough when considering decisions that will impact the Souderton community. She is also a caring listener, and she often puts in the extra effort to help her colleagues get the job done. Outside of her community service, Dea is a dedicated participant in her local church.

Born in 2002, Steven has always lived in the Telford & Souderton area with his parents, twin sister and lovable St. Bernards. His devotion to helping the community started when he first became a Cub Scout. After 10 years in the BSA Program, he earned his Eagle Scout rank in 2020 by working with the Keystone Opportunity Center to make family-oriented first aid kits. He continued in the program as an Assistant Scoutmaster until the troop disbanded in 2023.

Steven graduated from Souderton Area High School in June 2021. One month later, he began working as an attendant at Broad Theater. After three years of serving popcorn and cleaning the theater, he worked his way up to become General Manager in June 2024. During that time, Steven attended Montgomery County Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Mass Media Production. He still uses his knowledge of videography to make advertisements for local businesses, wedding videos and short films.

Steven is honored to represent the Broad Theater as a new member on Souderton Connects. Just as he did while in the Boy Scouts, he is ready to serve his community and improve the town he calls home!
