BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PLAN
The Souderton Business Improvement District Plan has been created by the Souderton BID’s Advisory Council based on experience gathered over the last 4 years of operating as a BID. The plan outlines all required elements of the Neighborhood Improvement District Act for establishing a BID, including district boundaries, eligible properties, proposed services, revenue sources, and organizational structure.
